About the job:
⚫Lead the management and continuous optimization of internal Digital Insight products, including Social and EC, serving a wide range of business users.
⚫Focus on strategic product operations, user needs analysis, and driving business value through data and insight platform enhancement.
⚫Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products are aligned with business objectives and deliver actionable insights.
⚫AI product management experience is a plus, but the core is strategy product management and data operations (80:20 focus).
Key responsibilities:
⚫Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Digital Insight Products
⚫Oversee product iteration, roadmap planning, and regular platform upgrades to ensure business relevance and user satisfaction.
⚫Run ad hoc analysis by extracting, cleaning, and analyzing data using SQL to support business decisions.
⚫Coordinate with IT, data, and business teams to ensure smooth product operation and data integration.
⚫Prepare and deliver regular product performance reports and strategic recommendations.
Essential skills:
⚫Proven experience in product management, especially with data or insight platforms.
⚫Hands-on SQL skills for independent data extraction, cleaning, and basic analytics.
⚫Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate business needs into product features and data solutions.
⚫Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical and business functions.
⚫Familiarity with product lifecycle management and continuous product iteration.
Desired:
⚫Experience with AI tools or AI product management (e.g., integrating AI features or using AI for data analysis) is a strong plus.
⚫Background in Python scripting or automation is advantageous but not required.
⚫Knowledge of consumer insights, market research, or FMCG analytics is preferred.
