We are looking for a Group Project Manager/Senior Project Manager for the Dercos brand under Vichy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the product portfolio for the category (innovation and renovation of pillars) and foster consumer relationships to ensure global growth.
  • Define the global brand development strategy consistent with the brand’s purpose.
  • Propose a 3-year marketing plan for the category, including brand portfolio, strategic innovations, and growth of pillar products.
  • Create an integrated and engaging consumer brand experience and suggest marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail).
  • Oversee the development of communication materials (imagery, digital, point of sale) aligned with the brand’s purpose.
  • Manage the entire product development process in collaboration with other departments (R&I, industry, packaging) in line with the Sharing Beauty with All commitments.
  • Maintain constant communication with zones and strategic countries to ensure alignment with the global marketing strategy.
  • Build, develop, and manage a strong and talented team, inspiring and enhancing their expertise.
  • Prepare and present clear messages to senior management effectively.


Role Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods industry.
  • Extensive experience in hair/scalp care brand innovation is essential.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for beauty and innovation.
