We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in statistics, machine learning, and AI, with a proven ability to translate business needs into actionable data-driven insights. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing data science solutions that address R&I business challenges and drive decision-making. Responsibilities: -    Collaborate with stakeholders across various business units to understand their needs and translate them into well-defined data driven solutions. -    Proactively identify opportunities to leverage data and advanced analytics to improve business processes and outcomes. -    Collect, clean, and prepare data for analysis, ensuring data quality and accuracy. -    Develop and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to analyze R&I datasets and extract actionable insights. -    Using machine learning and AI algorithms to address business problems, including predictive modeling, image processing, and natural language processing, etc. -    Evaluate and optimize model performance, ensuring accuracy and reliability. -    Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences through clear visualizations and presentations. -    Stay current with the latest advancements in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning. Requirements: •    Postgraduate degree in data science related field •    At least 3~5 years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning. •    Proven expertise in applying statistical methods, including regression, time series analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design. •    Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques. •    Proficiency in coding with Python, R and SQL •    Strong Agile project management and organizational skills •    Strong communication and presentation skills with various audience •    Cosmetics or chemistry knowledge/experience is a plus.
