- Develop the business strategy of his/her brand(s) based on brand strategies. Define priorities by customers/distribution channels. Be responsible for the P&L per customer for his/her business area.
 - Negotiate annual agreements and guarantee the interests of his/her brand(s) in group negotiations. Develop trusting relationships with key customers. Coordinate with other brands to develop relationships with retail chains. 
 - Lead performance, and set and achieve objectives. Define marketing resources, manage and arbitrate budgets and allocate resources. Work with the supply chain and other departments. Organize the shifts and operating procedures of the teams. Be responsible for the commercial back-office.
 - Motivate the sales teams for his/her brand(s): recruit, develop, manage teams, ensure the development of their expertise and know-how. Implement organizational changes.
