Key Responsibilities:
1. Roadmap and Steering Support
- Regularly track KPIs, analyze trends, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Disseminate and ensure the application of quality tools and/or methods through engaging training sessions, assistance/coaching missions, and webinars.
2. Quality Community Animation & Culture
- Lead the coordination of the local Quality Network within the R&I HUB, working closely with quality representatives from various departments.
- Foster a strong quality mindset across the R&I organization by planning and executing diverse cultural activities (e.g., Quality Week, knowledge competitions, best-practice sharing sessions), turning quality standards into engaging and interactive experiences.
3. Document Management and Expertise
- Formalize or oversee the creation and regular update of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect needs and comply with safety and regulatory changes, in link with the Global R&I Quality Department.
- Support that the existing quality processes are considered in Digital Transformation and integrate new tools focus on data quality management.
4. Operational Deployment and Laboratory Support
- Identify and lead key initiatives to upgrade the overall quality level of R&I laboratories, focusing on equipment, control methods, procedure and quality IT tools.
5. Risk & Issue Management, and Continuous Improvement
- Assist in cultivating a strong culture and enhancing skills for risk management and Return of Experience (REX) to build an intelligence ecosystem.
- Ensure proper recording and follow-up of quality issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely closure.
