-       Monitor training effectiveness ofcontent delivered through post-training assessment and feedback

-       Ensure training needs are met andaligned with Marketing plan and Sales strategy

-       Ensure frequent communication andfeedback among markets and other functions


Job Requirements：

-       Responsible for Education budget managementfor the region

-       Minimum 2-5 year of trainingexperience

-       Skillful in MS Office, e.g. Excel,PPT
