Our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team’ mission: To drive sustainable and profitable market share gaining, through holistic management of revenue, volume, profit and investment ratio. We partner closely with cross functional teams incl. marketing, trade-marketing, sales, finance, DMI to maximize consumer value creation leveraging multiple RGM levers (Pricing, Promotion, Pack Price Architecture, and Mix Management).
As team member of RGM, you will be a critical partner in the RGM journey and influencing RGM related decision makings in the organization. In this role, you will be expected to:
- Perform business analysis to generate market and category specific insights across customers and retail channels.
- Partner with assigned brands, provide data driven recommendations to develop pricing / promotion related strategies, and to improve promotion investment efficiency and profitability through various data analysis.
- Responsible for driving RGM projects from end to end; and deliver results through collaborating with cross function teams including Marketing, Trade-Marketing, Finance and Sales.
- Demonstrate deep understanding in beauty market, the category and our business, help establish reasonable and effective analysis model and processes.
- Develop regular tracking to monitor market trends and RGM KPIs. Perform ad-hoc analysis and support RGM team across key tasks, with collaboration with Zone/Global RGM teams.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Demonstrates strong data analytic skill with solid business acumen, able to generate insight through data; Previous experience working with market data/insight/RGM is a plus.
- Demonstrates good understanding of shopper metrics and shopper dynamics to drive category growth by taking into account relevant shopper insights in close cooperation with insight & data teams.
- Good knowledge in E-Commerce, previous experience working on EC related cases is a plus.
- Strong experience with Excel & PPT and BI tools, SQL strongly preferred.
- Basic understandings on finance P&L metrics.
- Equipped with fast learning capabilities, able to take and drive initiatives.
- Highly numerate with strategic mindset and strong problem-solving skills, comfortable with managing ambiguity.
- Strong communication skill.
