Job Description
- Lead agency management process under Onefluence project. Be responsible for ensuring brands smooth onboarding and overseeing agency performance
- Actively participate in social annual plan and campaign activation. Ensure all activities are supporting brand goals.
- Support brands to coordinate the end-to-end cross function collaboration in social activation, including kol, feeds, search…
- Bridge platform innovation, strategy and up-to-date learnings with brands, grow with brands with sufficient platform know-how
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Proven, hands-on experience managing social influencer campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of the social media landscape, including key platforms (e.g: RED, Douyin…)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Proactive, results-oriented, strategic mindset with strong analytical abilities and a talent for using data to drive decisions
