The candidate will be a key team member of Skincare OD Dev who is fully responsible of OD projects development for LUX, CPD, LDB brand, including technical support, formula conception process alignment and make sure the project can be launched in market on time with good quality base on L'Oréal principle. 

The key job accountabilities of the candidate include:

• Work collaboratively with internal and external partners including DMI, Vendor, Evaluation, PD, OD corp, Sourcing and brand mother lab.
• Well manage projects and well control the development process on each milestone to make sure the project going forward smoothly.
• Keep good relationship with vendors to insure product and information quality in a timely update.
• Responsible for quality control for launch product from vendor: stability, compatibility, micro-testing, HMs and spec set up. 
• Well follow OD guideline and EHS policy in Loreal.

 Key requirements: 

• MS degree in chemistry, engineering or related scientific field.
• Working experience in cosmetic industry. Development experience on Skincare projects and/or OD projects are appreciated.
• Good project management skill.
• Good communications skills in English.
• Clear-minded and logical expression.

Able to manage complexity and multi-tasks.
