The candidate will be a team member of Open Development Team. 

The mission includes Market understanding, Vendor scouting and product scouting; capabilities assessment of vendors, formula evaluation, performance and quality validation of new scouted innovation. It also includes vendor relationship management.

The key job accountabilities of the candidate include:

•    Identify  and assess new potential partner

o    ODM/OEM ecosystem study

o    Competitor analysis, checking vendor behind.

•    New innovation scouting from external partner 

o    Exhibition participation, reporting and sharing to the Metier

o    Vendor panier visit, consolidate technologies proposals follow up file, new vendor scouting information sharing

•     New product Pre-development

o    Work on risk assessment and product performance evaluation tests

o    Well manage Corp projects and well control the selection process on each milestone to make sure the project going forward smoothly.

o    Corporate with EI for test design and make sure all test can do on track.

o    Mange OD long list. 

•    Work collaboratively with internal and external partners including Vendor, DMI, EI, SRC, Operations teams (Product development, sourcing, quality),  and Global OD teams.

•    Build Trustful relationship with vendors

•    Ensure product and information quality in a timely update.

•    Responsible for vendor quality of conception.

•    Vendor management.

•    Sample management.

Key requirements: 

•    MS degree in chemistry, engineering or related scientific field.

•    Working experience in cosmetic industry. Some experience in make-up/color cosmetics/skin care is a plus.

•    Good project management skill.

•    Good communications skills in English.

•    Able to manage complexity
