Key Responsibilities:
Data Project Management:
- Frame overall approach to rollout a project, including project plan, R&R, key deliverables, meeting cadence.
- Lead project implementation and ensure the success of rollout.
- Identify the potential risk and remove the blocking points.
- Track project progress and provide visibility to stakeholders and sponsors, including organize weekly/monthly meeting, prepare meeting deck, deliver weekly status reports.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with global, zone and market key stakeholders, maintain good relationship, to ensure effective influencing and collaboration.
- Developed and delivered compelling presentations tailored to diverse audiences (especially SLM), effectively communicating complex information, and supporting the team leader in securing buy-in for key battles.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Has both in-house and strategic consulting firm experience.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding strategic thinking and framing capability, used to deliver sharp message in both deck and discussion.
- Perform as a collaborative team player with proven ability to work effectively with diverse individuals.
- Excellent communication skills, adapt at engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrate resilience with strong responsibility and attention to detail.
- It will be better if have knowledge or background related to data, digital and FMCG industry.
