1.    Ensure the quality, safety and performance of formulas

2.    Integrate and develop innovative technologies that offer results the consumer can perceive

3.    Propose and develop formulas in line with the marketing policy and consumer expectations

4.    Officialise formulas in a prompt manner by coordinating and validating all development phases and providing updates on formula availability

5.    Provide monitoring (scientific, technological, patent, evaluation, etc.) and contribute to safeguarding L’Oréal intellectual property

6.    Ensure compliance with safety regulations within the laboratory
