Main Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Conduct in-depth analysis of large, complex product evaluation datasets and translate technical data into clear, concise, and actionable insights that inform product optimization and strategic planning.
- Capability Building: Develop and implement analytical models, methodologies, and tools to enhance the department's ability to extract deeper intelligence from test data. Contribute to building a strong data-driven culture within the team.
- Reporting & Visualization: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to present findings effectively to various stakeholders
- Database Querying & Management: Work proficiently with our existing database to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for analysis, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Collaboration & Communication: Partner closely with product evaluation scientists and managers to understand specific data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions. Clearly communicate complex analytical concepts and results to non-technical audiences.
Requirements:
- Capability in a data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar quantitative role, preferably within a product evaluation, R&D, or quality assurance context.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in at least one statistical programming language (e.g., Python with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn; or R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g.,Power BI) to create compelling and interactive dashboards.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis techniques (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis, ANOVA) and their application to experimental data.
- Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to diverse audiences.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE:
- Master's above degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related quantitative field.
- Fresh gratulate talent or with 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence are both accepted
