Position Overview


We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient CRM Data Manager to join our IT team. The CRM Data Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management, analysis, and optimization of customer data within our DATA system. This role will play a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance, while leveraging data analytics to drive actionable insights and enhance customer engagement.


[Key Responsibilities]

Data Governance: Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of customer data.

Data Integration: Manage the integration of customer data from various sources (e.g., POS systems, e-commerce platforms, third-party data providers) into the DATA system. Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization across platforms.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize advanced data analytics tools to extract meaningful insights from customer data. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable information to key stakeholders.

CRM Report Optimization: Collaborate within IT team to optimize the performance and functionality of the CRM Report. Implement data-driven enhancements to improve user experience and system efficiency.

Data Modeling and Segmentation: Design and implement data models to support customer segmentation and personalized marketing initiatives. Ensure data is structured to support advanced analytics and machine learning applications.

Data Security: Implement and enforce data security protocols to protect customer data from unauthorized access and breaches. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the business CRM Manager, Marketing, Sales, and other departments to ensure CRM data supports business objectives. Provide technical guidance and support to non-technical stakeholders.

Technology Evaluation: Stay updated with the latest CRM data management technologies and trends. Evaluate and recommend new tools and solutions to improve data management capabilities.

Project Management: Manage data-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.


[Qualifications]

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification in data management or analytics is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in CRM data management, preferably within the retail or FMCG industry. Proven track record in managing large-scale customer data systems.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R). Experience with ETL tools and data warehousing solutions.

Data Governance: In-depth knowledge of data governance principles, data quality management, and data privacy regulations.

Analytical Skills: Excellent data analysis and problem-solving abilities. Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team. Experience in managing cross-functional projects and working with diverse stakeholders.

Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
