Reporting to: IT SD Lead of Finance & Supply Chain Zone Build Team NA & SAPMENA
Mission: Drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of core SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions, integrating with other enterprise applications within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain across North America and SAPMENA. Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) on demand management and adhere to the Build-to-Run process.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with BRMs to assess demands and analyze the business and IT impact of new solutions.
Provide expertise in core SAP SD functions and processes within ECC and S/4HANA environments.
Understand and integrate local EDI applications and systems with SAP.
Liaise with local EDI vendors, bridging communication gaps between SAP and EDI systems.
Configure, design, test, and implement S/4HANA SD solutions, ensuring compliance (minimum 2 full project lifecycles and 3 support project experiences required).
Manage key SD processes: basic functions, sales order processing, order fulfillment, consignment, and returns.
Develop enhancements (RICEFW) using APIs, user exits, BAPIs, and BADIs.
Manage interfaces with legacy systems and IDOCs.
Leverage FIORI and Cloud Platform technologies.
Ensure seamless integration with MM, APO, WM, and FI modules, particularly in complex business implementations.
Coordinate project stakeholders across IT and Business functions (Group, Zone, Countries).
Technical Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
8+ years of overall SAP experience, including 4-5 years in S/4HANA (end-to-end implementation, integration, and cross-module experience mandatory).
Strong functional and technical expertise in SAP SD, including integration with SAP FICO and MM.
Solid understanding of SAP products and services (ERP, CRM, SCM, Solution Manager, Transport Management) and integration with other applications (HIP, API).
