- Develops understanding of the Consumer Journey through all channels and turns insight into action
- Identifies new retail trends
- Defines category vision by channel (growth, profit, image, penetration, loyalty, spending…), leveraging brand portfolio, based on Consumer & Customer & Business Drivers
- Uses Consumer Knowledge to guide multibrand promotional strategy to fit consumers / L’Oréal / Customers expectations and business requirements
- Fosters collaboration between brands and ensures consistent category vision and alignment
