PRIMARY MISSION:
To develop packaging and finished goods by defining and approving technical conception, homologation and issuing specification, ensure on time in full for all projects with under frame of Design to Safety, Design to Quality, Design to Responsiveness, Design to Profitability, Design to Sustainability, Design to Performance and Design to Experience.
CORE DUTIES
- He communicates with Development for getting clear project definition as well as providing optimal technical advice (by mock-ups, drawings, meetings, etc.), through whole process of product development.
- He assembles all technical, industrial, economic and normative requirements (legislative, internal procedures, freedom to use, meetings with suppliers and plants) required for design purposes and making technical design decisions, and conducts risk analysis.
- He works with Technical Design Center to realize drawings in line with design, functionality and consumer needs until the conception validate, and with Qualification team for all the CdC approval and Compatibility test, defines with them the expected actions.
- He works with POLE in plant for Filling and Packing risk analysis and feasibility check and validation.
- He defines, issues and updates, during the whole product life cycle, the technical drawings, pre-specification, homologation reports and specification in line with the product definition, respecting the Packaging Conception Quality System (SQCP)
- He goes through fast prototyping, product evaluation process whenever necessary in early stage in order to plug consumer insight to Packaging conception.
- He works closely with Advanced Packaging Engineering through early involvement for risk analysis and conception optimization, increases the transformation rate.
- He works mainly with Sourcing Center, Development and Plants for New Launch and Value Analysis projects. Optimization suggestions are expected (functionality, quality, productivity…)
- He negotiates and coordinates the technical needs between supplier and plant, review the conception, valid technical choices, ensure the mold development time in accordance with the product development schedule.
- He monitors and warns of any potential or known scheduling risks or deviations (PM and FG).
- He supports Industry Quality and Production by following up first production run of new conception products by analysis authorization comments, and consumer complains…
- He fulfills activity indicator relate with projects.
- He participates in technical survey for technical pieces and competitor’s survey.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor degree or above;
? 3-5 years working experience in packaging development, experience in cosmetic industry is preferred;
? Good communication skill with both internal stakeholders and external partners;
? Strong project management skill to master all milestones of product development;
? Fluent English speaker
