JD职位描述：
- Ensure equipment safety and safety devices effectiveness. Continuously improve equipment safety level.
确保设备的安全性，设备安全装置的有效性，持续提高改善设备的本质安全
- Take responsibility of maintenance for MHE, including preventive maintenance & emergency repair
负责自动化设备的日常维护、日常维修保养
- Lead annual preventive maintenance plan implementation and SLA realization together with suppliers.
负责年度预防性维修保养工作的有效实施，降低设备故障发生率，做好相关记录
- Organize relevant teams to join in breakdown investigation and reduction of breakdown frequency.
参与并组织人员及时解决关键设备的故障及频发性故障问题，减少设备停机时间；
- Follow up daily MHE status and efficiency, collaborated with operation team to improve reliability and efficiency, lead data analysis to do root cause investigation. Define action for continuously improvement.
跟踪设备整体运行状态和效率，与运营团队合作提高系统稳定性和效率，收集信息并分析，及时发现故障隐患并立即采取相应措施
- Lead projects to optimize MHE equipment & modification, complete documentation, and records.
参与自动化设备调试及技术改造、完成维修及技术改造相关文档的建立、收集整理及归档
- Draw up equipment SOP and training for onsite support team and operation team
负责自动化设备运行操作文档编写 , 对现场关键操作工进行现场指导和技术培训
- Management for spare parts inventory and application procedures
负责备件区管理工作（备件申领流程，备件库存管理等工作）
- Collect relevant information for breakdown and repairing record, with output of monthly report & actions to follow
负责设备维修记录统计汇总，制定运行月度状况报表，分析设备故障原因，制定改善措施
- Actively take part in MHE other tasks
积极完成其他与自动化相关的任务
