This role involves lead&influce brand growth strategy in N.A. markets, especially China and Korea. And driving the business transition to more D2C consumer driven and O+O model.
a. Regional Brand Strategy: Adapt global launches to the N.A. calendar (e.g., 11.11 618, CNY). Providing insights and aligning with markets/DMI.
b. Consumer&Marekts Insights: Identify emerging trends in N.A.(e.g., anti-hair loss, scalp health, premium gifting) and feed back to DMI on influence future dev. Plan.
c. Business KPIs Accountability: Drive&Support market topline growth and market share while optimizing the marketing budget, A&I, forecast&supply management across markets.
d. Talent Leadership: Manage and inspire local marketing teams across different markets, fostering a communication of excellence and agility.
