- Business analysis:
o Identifies and react on business opportunities and challenges to maximize selling opportunities in the region
o Ensures resources allocated are maximized and budget respected

- Recruits, manages, develops and retains his direct team ( account executive, store & counter managers) on operational excellence and business performance
- Follows and Drives actions on Mystery shopper/ NPS results
- Ensures operational excellence
- Drives & Follows up on CRM data base
- Leads by example in service and sales
- Oversees BA and Store Managers population, coaching, educating motivating teams
- Monitors BA turn-over rate
- When in store RBM coaches and develops teams by selling side by side with teams, while seeking ways to grow each of their business doors
- Best implement of brand DNA and expression in the point of sales
