1. KOL quantitative and qualitative performance review on main social platforms (e.g. Weibo, WeChat, Red, Douyin, Bilibili, Kuaishou) 2. Tighten partnership with teams and platforms to support KOL efficiency 3. Communicate with agencies to collectively ensure data accuracy for analysis support, providing suggestions for improvement and growth 4. Establish KOL framework to drive branding, consumer engagement experience and KOL management infrastructure 5. Catch social trends to deliver insightful analysis, improve consumer experience and relationships through the analysis and the management of all interactions between consumers and L’Oreal brands. 6. Be an enabler to help accelerate the business by fully adapting innovation like rising platform, emerging KOL trends, formats, data, tools, etc. 7. Work closely with parallel teams with CDMO department (Livestreaming, Data, EC, Content, etc.) to expand business opportunities and co-create solutions.
