Job Title: (Sr.) TA Executive - Hong Kong Market

Department: Human Resources - Talent Acquisition

Location: Shanghai, China

 

Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and promising individual to join our Talent Acquisition team, based in Shanghai, responsible for supporting the end-to-end experienced hire recruitment process for Hong Kong market. You will work closely with Hong Kong to attract and onboard top talent crucial for our Hong Kong operations. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to deeply engage in the talent strategy for the Hong Kong market within a world-leading beauty group, fostering your professional growth in recruitment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Process Execution: Responsible for executing the full lifecycle recruitment for experienced hires in the Hong Kong market, including job posting, resume screening, phone interviews, interview scheduling, coordination of offer negotiations, background checks, and onboarding follow-up.
  • Talent Sourcing & Selection: Actively source and pre-screen qualified candidates using various recruitment channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools, etc.) to ensure talent quality and recruitment efficiency.
  • Candidate Communication & Management: Serve as one of the primary points of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, reflecting L'Oréal's employer values.
  • Business Communication & Support: Establish and maintain strong communication with Hong Kong business units and HR Business Partners (HRBPs), understanding their recruitment needs, and providing professional support.
  • Market Insight Gathering: Gather intelligence on the Hong Kong talent market, understand the competitive landscape, and support the team in optimizing recruitment strategies.
  • Data Organization & Reporting: Organize recruitment data and prepare recruitment progress reports to support team decision-making.
  • Employer Branding: Support the promotion of L'Oréal's employer brand image within the Hong Kong market and among target talent pools.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experienced hire recruitment experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in large multinational corporations or reputable executive search firms.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Cantonese is highly preferred, capable of professional oral and written communication as a working language.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Demonstrated in-depth understanding of Hong Kong's unique talent market dynamics, cultural nuances, and local employment practices.
    • Proven track record of successful recruitment for roles within the Hong Kong market, with relevant case examples.
    • An extensive professional network within Hong Kong's talent landscape is a significant advantage.
  • Professional Skills:
    • Familiarity with the full recruitment lifecycle and various recruitment tools and channels.
    • Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
    • Strong quick learning and problem-solving abilities, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Proactive, highly responsible, detail-oriented, with a strong team spirit and service-oriented mindset.
