1 | Manage the replenishment process through the evaluation of sell-out and work on the inventory deployment to ensure high stock quality in trade |
2 | Proactively getting visibility of total sell-in, sell-through and sell out for channels. |
3 | Manage overall demand to ensure high level of POS OSA & service rate.Analyse shortage/overstock causes, including the ones on shelf/stores/platform, and propose actions and excute both internally and with the client. |
4 | Analyse stock in trade performance and take actions to coordinate with cross functions in order to lower badstock level. |
5 | Ensure the alignement of the catalog and product information between the Business Unit/Subsidiary and the client. |
6 | Coordinate various problems in daily operation across departments, and optimize a complete and perfect operation process of distributor business model |
7 | Animate regular supply chain meetings with distributor and client. |
