Job Description:
- Introduce new techniques, methods and work processes in cosmetic registration/claim.
- Act as a key member in transversal projects that require solid knowledge of cosmetic regulations and rich experience in cosmetic registration. Actively be responsible for efficient communication and coordination with relevant departments, and rationally integrate all resources to lay the foundation for the smooth implementation of the project. Cross-functional communication and cooperation, establish good cooperative relationships, and coordinate all forces to jointly promote the projects.
- Skillfully use data to vigorously promote process transformation and significantly improve the efficiency and quality of registration processes.
- Maintain database and system carefully to support the team effectively.
- Support for regulation evolution.
- Optimize the registration/claim related workflows.
Competencies required:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Biochemical engineering or related disciplines
- More than 5 year experience on regulatory/registration in the cosmetic industry
- Familiar with cosmetic regulations in China.
- Good English writing and oral skills, good communication ability
- Show high sensitivity to various types of data.
- Strong project management skill and competency on complex handling.
- Strong communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit.
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and ability to withstand pressure and be able to promote the progress of project actively and unswervingly.
