Client Contact on behalf of L’Oreal Operations
- Representing L’Oreal TRAP to negotiate with client on Operations-related topic, including but not limited to shipment arrangement, incoterm, supply / forecast
- Partner with Commercial team on discussion with clients on various topics
- Facilitate data / information sharing with clients
- Collaborative projects with clients : joint forecast / order proposal / EDI / sustainability
Stock In Trade Tracking
- SIT Data consolidation and verification
- Analysis of SIT health, propose actions to deal with over / under stock
- Anticipation of OOS / Return
- Planning knowledge would be a plus
Operations Support
- Coordinate among Operations teams to support special business needs, e.g. regulatory issues, shipping calendar adjustment
- Support Customer Care team on any shipment issue (customs block / return / special document request, etc)
- SAP order-to-cash knowledge would be a plus
- Knowledge in international shipping or China customs would be a plus
