1. Operational Excellence & Project Management:

Translate major global transformation decisions and projects, particularly those related to the L4TF program, into actionable plans within the North Asia Zone's masterplan, actively promoting their adoption and implementation.

Develop and define robust methodologies, analytical frameworks, and reporting mechanisms to activate and ensure the successful execution of the L4TF masterplan within the North Asia Zone.

Implement and monitor management methodologies and analyses, consolidate reports related to the masterplan and packaging strategy, and build simulations and trajectories to communicate effectively with various stakeholders (e.g., Zone leadership, Finance, and other relevant departments).

Coordinate diverse activities with appropriate local and regional relays, providing clear communication and addressing inquiries.

Identify potential difficulties and necessary trade-offs to ensure smooth decision implementation and the seamless deployment of the Master Plan across the North Asia Zone.

Propose and decide on effective action plans in response to deviations, ensuring their swift dissemination and implementation.

Organize and coordinate regular follow-up points with various divisions and stakeholders within the North Asia Zone, focusing on the Master Plan and specific challenges.

2. Sustainability Packaging Expertise & Regulatory Compliance:

Act as a central expert for sustainable packaging materials and recyclability initiatives within the North Asia Zone, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local market specificities.

Drive the implementation of strategies to integrate sustainable packaging materials (e.g., PCR content, bio-based materials, lightweighting) into new and existing products across the zone.

Lead efforts to enhance the recyclability and reusability of L'Oréal products and packaging in the North Asia Zone, working closely with packaging development, and external partners.

Monitor, understand, and anticipate local and regional packaging regulations and their potential impacts on material choices and recyclability, translating them into actionable frameworks for operations within the North Asia Zone.

Collaborate with packaging teams and suppliers to identify, evaluate, and qualify innovative sustainable packaging solutions.

Ensure the functionality and timely updating of relevant sustainability documentation, particularly concerning packaging specifications and recyclability guidelines, for the North Asia Zone.
