A Day in the Life

As the Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will lead a key function within our BEST HR team in Guangzhou. Reporting to the Head of BEST HR, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence and compliance of all our rewards programs. You will guide your team of three specialists to deliver flawless execution on all compensation and benefits cycles, acting as a strategic partner to both local and zone stakeholders. This role is pivotal in maintaining data integrity and upholding the highest standards of service delivery for our employees.

Your team's key responsibilities will be:

•Lead Key Compensation Cycles: You will oversee the end-to-end execution of core compensation programs, including the annual salary review and LTI campaigns, ensuring your team delivers with accuracy and timeliness.

•Spearhead Rewards Operations: You will take ownership of the operational delivery for key initiatives like the L'Oréal Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP), guiding your team from eligibility alignment to execution, ensuring a seamless employee experience.

•Govern Benefits Administration: You will lead the management and administration of all benefits programs, including pension plans and group insurance, ensuring they are run effectively, communicated clearly, and remain compliant.

•Drive Operational Excellence & Compliance: You will champion a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline rewards processes and enhance system capabilities. You will serve as the primary escalation point for complex inquiries, ensuring full compliance with all global and local policies.

•Project Management: You can confidently oversee multiple, complex campaigns and projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines and objectives are met.
