We are hiring a CMI Product Manager to lead the roadmap and day-to-day product operations of L’Oréal China CMI’s Digital Insights & Intelligence Systems — platforms that are widely used by marketers and cross-functional stakeholders across the company.
Products in scope (examples; not exhaustive)
- VOC (Voice of Consumer) platform — consumer feedback intelligence spanning multiple internal data sources and formats.
- Social Listening systems — social signals tracking, data QA, and insight delivery for business users.
- Color Trends & related CMI insight tools — trend and insight products that support marketing and business decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of CMI digital insight products: roadmap, prioritization, iteration, and stable operations.
- Partner with IT and external vendors to deliver product upgrades, ensure data quality, and maintain reliable performance.
- Drive adoption: stakeholder alignment, user enablement/training, documentation, and feedback loops.
- Maintain governance: access control, risk management, and quality standards for insight outputs.
Essential skills
- 5–8 years of experience in product management for data/insight platforms (e.g., social listening, VOC, analytics, MarTech).
- Strong cross-functional execution (business ↔ IT ↔ vendor) with high ownership and operational discipline.
- Solid data skills: strong metrics thinking, hands-on comfort with data validation/QA, and working knowledge of SQL + BI (hands-on is preferred).
- Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.

- Beauty/FMCG experience
- Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics / AI product features (a plus).
- Experience scaling internal platforms used by large user bases (a plus)
