Job Description
- Establish a strong link between IT Strategy & Execution leveraging Enterprise Architecture Management.
- Responsible for driving the Finance & Supply Chain domain activities from Enterprise Architecture scope coverage including business capabilities/processes analysis, technology evaluation, application roadmap planning/solutioning, data governance/integration as well as privacy & security by design.
- Advise and recommend enterprise architecture strategies, blueprint, principles, patterns, processes & methodologies.
- Responsible to drive the enterprise architecture design authority governance with the project architects/managers to ensure the right level of architectural compliance.
- Research market/competition/emerging technologies and recommend technologies, standards, methods & tools for both long-term strategic & short-term tactical business objectives.
Preferred Skill/Profile
- Experience with the development and delivery of an enterprise-wide technology architecture plan that has achieved application simplification and standardization.
- Strong experience and knowledge in the CPG industry, including enterprise solution design, and delivery of applications/technologies linked to Finance & Supply Chain business capabilities including Order to Cash, Forecast to Stock, Procure to Pay & Record to Report business processes.
- SAP ERP (S4) experience is essential for this role with strong knowledge of Demand/Supply Planning, OMS, WMS & TMS technologies.
- Demonstrated experience to lead and guide IT & business stakeholders on the target enterprise capability blueprint & provide architecture recommendations for Cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP), Enterprise integration patterns (API, Event, ESB), and Business Intelligence (GCP)/Master Data Management technologies.
- Omni-Channel Ecommerce, CRM, Retail, Sales & Marketing relevant application design and delivery experience is a PLUS.
- Ability to create powerful presentations that can communicate technical information effectively and efficiently to both technical and non-technical management and staff.
- An expert-level technologist and architect with a passion and enthusiasm for technology.
- Demonstrated ability to work individually and build the enterprise architecture function “from scratch”.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and very effective time management skills. Proven ability to influence people indirectly, work with people in multi-functional roles, and succeed as a driver of change.
- Able to manage both short-term and long-term goals. Project management and process experience including the ability to accurately estimate resources, timeframes, and budgets needed for projects and deliverables.
- Fluency in English.
Required Work Experience
8–12 Years of strong technology experience with at least the last 3 years in enterprise architecture space.
Preferred Qualification
Bachelor/Masters in Computer Science or equivalent technology experience. Certified practitioner in industry-recognized standards like Open Group TOGAF, SAP S4/HANA, Microsoft Azure/PowerPlatform, GCP, etc.
