Job Summary:
L'Oréal is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our dynamic China BEST Controlling team. This role is integral to our mission of redefining the operating model by centralizing and standardizing key financial processes across L'Oréal China. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of our financial closing and reporting activities, contributing to enhanced efficiency and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Financial Controller within the Closing & Reporting team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Execute and oversee monthly financial closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of actual P&L and indicators.
2. Prepare and consolidate periodic financial reports, including total China books, Division/Brand books, and Magnitude reports, providing insights into financial actuals.
3. Drive the continuous standardization and optimization of financial closing and reporting processes, aligning with the BEST Controlling mandate to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control.
4. Communication: as Division Referent to stakeholders from Brands/Corp functions to understand progress, gather requirements, and communicate financial implications effectively.
5. Ad Hoc analysis as requested by management.
