Key Responsibilities:
1. Pricing Data Management & Governance:
o Oversee the collection, storage, and maintenance of all pricing-related data, including cost data, market intelligence, customer discount and promotional effectiveness.
o Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across various systems and databases.
o Develop and implement data governance best practices, data quality checks, and data validation processes specific to pricing.
o Manage and optimize data pipelines for pricing models and analytics.
2. Data Analysis
o Conduct in-depth statistical and financial analysis of pricing data
3. Reporting & Visualization:
o Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive pricing dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using business intelligence (BI) platforms.
4. System & Tool Management:
o Act as a key liaison with IT and other technical teams to ensure pricing data infrastructure meets business needs.
o Evaluate, implement, and optimize pricing software, analytical tools, and data management platforms.
o Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of our internal pricing systems and data warehouses.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
o Partner closely with Finance, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to understand their data needs and provide data-driven support for pricing decisions.
o Educate stakeholders on data availability, limitations, and best practices for data consumption.
o Support new product launches and market entry strategies by providing comprehensive pricing data analysis.
