Manage a portfolio of projects within Operations, as brand business partner, and in collaboration
with R&I, with an overall vision of total product mix (pack, formula, process...), in compliance with
commitments made with the brands, by ensuring global responsibility for the project.
conceptualize product with consumer centric stakes (sustainability, performance and experience),
and excellent execution of the projects ensuring the delivery of 4 fundamentals (safety, quality,
agility, and cost).
1. Study upstream the technical and economic feasibility, planning and viability of Marketing
launch briefs.
2. Advise marketing by providing technical solutions and innovation opportunities and by
anticipating industrial and economic problems.
3. Formalize the marketing definition of the product, in respect of the QCP system.
4. Calculate and communicate price estimates and consolidate the investment file.
5. Prepare and follow through detailed product development schedules.
6. Organize and lead meetings to convince, motivate and federate internal and external
stakeholders for decision making.
7. Alert management and BUs in the event of risks, drift and projects' functioning (planning,
resources, costs, financial risks).
8. Actively contribute to group sustainability ambitions (share beauty with all / loreal for the
future), work together with the brands to build SBWA roadmap and to ensure the
deployment of the associated tool (SPOT).
9. Timely update of end-to-end IT tools (Magellan, MINDS, SPOT) and ensure the good quality
of data.
10. Follow through commercialization agreements and non-conformity treatment.
11. Any other responsibilities assigned by the line manager.
