Why I love working at Kiehl's

I first discovered Kiehl’s walking by in my neighborhood. Whenever I would look into the store, I noticed all the employees looked happy. I became a customer, and one day happened to have a conversation with the Store’s Manager. Fortunately for me, they were looking to hire for a Key Holder position. I applied on the spot and a few weeks later I was working my first shift. It’s now been over 5 years with Kiehl’s and I’ve had many incredible experiences, including a Legacy Award trip where I got the chance to go to New York City to learn about the company’s amazing history with other Kiehl’s Legacy Award winners from around the world! I am now the Store Manager of that same Kiehl’s Store I used to walk by and look into.
