Key Responsibilities:

• Core Solution Management: Maintain L'Oréal's core solutions, enriching and enhancing the capabilities to adapt to emerging technologies and evolving business and operational requirements.
• Global Standardized Rollout: Develop and execute standardized rollout strategies and methodologies, guiding and supporting automation project implementations across different regions, ensuring solution compatibility and consistency.
• Project Leadership & Execution: Lead and manage complex warehouse automation projects from design to delivery, including project planning, budget management, risk control, coordination of internal and external resources, and ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize data processing, modeling, and simulation techniques to drive continuous optimization to enhance efficiency and ROI.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaboration with Operations teams, IT, EHS, etc. to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with local business and operational needs.
• Knowledge Sharing & Training: Establish and promote best practices, provide technical guidance and training to internal teams, and enhance the organization's automation capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering needed; master’s degree preferred (especially candidates with overseas academic experience).
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong engineering mindset and knowledge of both hardware and software technologies.
  • In-depth understanding and practical experience with various warehouse automation solutions, with a focus on robot shuttles, AMRs, AGVs, robot arms/cobots.
  • Proficient in data processing, modeling, and simulation techniques
• Professional Experience:
  • Approximately 10 years of relevant work experience, including successful warehouse automation project management.
    • Proven experience as a vendor/integrator of robotics solutions with a full-cycle process view from design to delivery
    • OR consulting experience in warehouse automation projects or large-scale operational transformational projects.
  • Experience combining both corporate and professional service roles is a plus.
• Core Skills:
  • Exceptional project management skills, capable of effective planning, risk management, and execution of complex projects.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing), with the confidence to animate workshops with different culture. 
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and problem-solving oriented.

Other Information:

• Travel: Approximately 3 months of international travel per year to Europe and North America to support different phases of project implementation.
