  • 1. Develop standardized logistic packaging systems and optimization strategies, define material selection, process specifications and cost control targets to drive cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
  • 2. Optimize packaging solutions for logistic delivery, resolve issues during order packaging and transportation, and balance protection and economy.
  • 3. Manage packaging material suppliers, responsible for performance evaluation, cost assessment, quality control and supply stability.
  • 4. Formulate packaging operation SOPs, promote simplification and standardization to improve operation efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • 5. Ensure packaging solutions comply with compliance requirements such as environmental protection and sustainability, working with cross-function on the tasks.
  • 6. Collaborate cross-departmentally (warehousing, supply chain, zone packaging, brands, etc.), connect with related function’s needs, conduct packing test to assess the packing risk of B2B and D2C, performed optimization reports.
  • 7. Work with Sourcing team to verify/review the technical capacities and processing of new suppliers, support bidding on technical view of new supplier.
  • 8. Establish packaging quality and cost control mechanisms, track core indicators and drive continuous improvement.
  • 9. For quality problem solving and follow-up corrective actions of packing issue.
  • 10. Verification of new technology and auto-machines related to packing.
