KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Competitive Advantage: 
    1. Leverage technical expertise to transform Product Innovation: 
      • Application Domains 
      • Development Domains
      • Brand need-gaps
      • PUSH Packaging concepts
    2. Develop and protect Intellectual Property (novelty, utility and non-obvious solutions)
    3. Deploy pilot and ensure proof of production 
    4. Integrate L4TF principles from concept / project ideation apart from fulfilling to key fundamentals: Safety, Quality, Agility and Cost
    5. Be consumer centric: boost product performance and excellent experience during transforming to technical solutions
    6. Provide essential technical assessment to facilitate a smooth transfer to operational team
    7. To manage technical dossier

 

  • Global Partnership:
    1. Facilitate monthly exchanges with WW teams 
    2. Lift & leverage zone initiatives to Global
    3. Align on technical conception with global vision
    4. ELIUM/BEST global sharing / evaluation / leverage 
    5. DGO Collaboration:
      • PSC partnership 
      • Sustainability packaging
      • Packaging Evaluation / PPE collaboration to PUSH Pack concepts
      • Process Innovation  

 

  • IP / Agreements:
  • Local and Global alignment with Business Development: NDA / Scope of Work / Development Agreement 
  • IP collaboration to drive NOI conversion (Create patent)

 

  • Operational Synergies:
    1. Ensure visibility / exposure 
    2. Technology transfer success
    3. Ensure cross-functional integration in development and conception
    4. Global Operational alignment

 

Qualifications:

  1. Language: Fluent English
  2. Working experience: 5 years minimum
  3. Education level: Bachelor above + PKG engineering / Mechanical engineering / Material science related major
  4. Software: mastering 3D modelling software are preferred: SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, Fusion 360, Siemens NX(UG), Fusion 360 etc., (at least one program user)
  5. IP related experience: will be Advantage
