Education and Experience:  

•    Major in Clinical Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology or Nursery, Master Degree or Above

临床医学、药学和生物等专业硕士及以上学历

•    At least 5 years clinical trial supervision experience, or at least 3 years clinical study project management experience

五年以上临床试验监查工作经验，或三年以上临床研究项目管理经验

•    Familiar with Chinese and icH-GCP and clinical trial related regulations. Familiar with drug clinical trial process and work content, familiar with clinical supervision process and work content. Practical experience in skin care products or efficacy of skin care clinical research project testing is preferred

熟悉中国及ICH-GCP和临床试验相关的各类法规。熟悉药物临床试验的流程和工作内容，熟悉临床监查工作的流程和工作内容。

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: 

•    Practical experience in skin care or Cosmeceuticals efficacy clinical research project testing, GCP qualification is preferred;

在护肤品或功效性护肤品临床研究项目测试方面有实战经验，有用GCP资格者优先

•    Good English skills in reading, writing and listening;

良好的英语读写听说能力；

•    Good computer skills, familiar with office software.

良好的计算机技能，可熟练应用电脑办公软件

•    Strong communication and good interpersonal skill, with strong responsibility and team-spirits Able to travel frequently.

具备良好的沟通能力，协调能力，有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神.能够适应经常出差

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

1.Assist superiors to implement and operate brand clinical research projects according to annual brand strategy and medical marketing plan;

根据年度品牌战略和医学市场计划，协助上级实施和操作品牌临床研究项目

2.To promote clinical research projects, organize and hold clinical research kickoff meetings, develop implementation plans and carry out supervision with key investigators on implementation of protocols ;

推进临床研究项目，组织召开临床研究启动会，与主要研究者就方案实施操作制定实施计划并实施监查工作

3. Assist superior to complete clinical research program writing, make relevant medical documents for clinical research project results, and do academic content output for medical conferences and medical tools[;

协助上级完成临床研究方案撰写，对临床研究项目结果制作相关医学文件，为医学大会及医学工具做学术内容输出

4. Collect and sort out academic trends of competitive brands, and analyze clinical research content and information of competitive products;

收集整理竞争品牌学术动向，整理分析竞品临床研究内容和信息

5.Coordinate the daily cross-functional communication and operations, and to achieve a smooth management of the project related resources and additionally to ensure the expected deliverables;

负责在项目推进过程中的跨部门协调沟通工作，能够协调各资源以确保项目顺利发展
