Key Job Accountabilities:
- Familiar with exited socles and DA/Dev ongoing project, to select relevant socles or define new/better/difference of new technologies to meet innovation objectives of DA.
- Master lab trials operation, and follow scaling up studies, able to draft ID card and one page with collaborators.
- Able to observe – analyze – hypothesis – validate with rationale trial design and critical thinking to solve stability/safety/performance issue.
- Build robust technical platform to give brand a clear DO & DON’T
- Frame IP strategy and apply patent for core formulation technology.
- Deliver relevant prototypes to meet test objective and timelines.
- Be the guarantor of quality, safety and sustainable development commitments
- Closely collaborate with Advanced Research on skin new knowledge, new models and new actives. Be able to translate the biological knowledge to DA project science territory with project leader. to support active feasibility check in DA Best Prototype.
- Transfer DA technology to Dev while sharing his/her expertise and retaining a leader role in project follow-up
- Start to transfer knowledge and know-how, and provide technical support to colleagues in certain projects
- Ensure and respect all company and R&I guidelines, ex. EHS rules and good laboratory practice. (ex. housekeeping)
- Lead and coordinate transversal missions
Key Qualifications:
- Master or PhD, chemistry or biology related background, lab work/formulation experience, understanding of research activities and relevant scientific and technical application
- Logical and sharp communication
- Creativity, proposes creative ideas or scientific concepts
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Team spirit minded
