A Day in the Life


As a Salesforce Architect, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering key Salesforce solutions across North Asia and SAPMENA, reporting to the Zone CRM Lead. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation and excellence in our Customer Care platform and Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives, slated for 2025 and beyond.


Architect and Design: Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and L'Oréal’s overall IT strategy. Develop comprehensive technical designs, including data models, integrations, and security considerations.

Implementation and Deployment: Oversee the implementation and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. Collaborate with development teams, administrators, and other stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.

Best Practices: Champion the adoption of Salesforce best practices across the organization. Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce releases and features, and recommend appropriate upgrades and enhancements.

Collaboration: Work closely with other architects, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Salesforce solutions with other enterprise systems. Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing across teams.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to drive the future of our Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation, a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies, and a proven ability to deliver impactful results.


  • Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud, with a proven track record of successfully designing, implementing, and deploying complex Salesforce solutions.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to align Salesforce solutions with business requirements and L'Oréal’s overall IT strategy, developing comprehensive technical designs that drive business value.
  • Collaborative Leader: Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Regional Acumen: Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment, with a strong understanding of the unique needs and nuances of the North Asia and SAPMENA regions.
  • Continuous Learner: A commitment to staying abreast of the latest Salesforce releases and features, and a passion for driving innovation and excellence in our Salesforce solutions.
