Mission:

Core mission is to proactively source and implement high-impact projects across entertainment (drama series, variety shows, platform events…). You will be the first to know what’s next, positioning L'Oréal at the forefront of cultural trends.

 

Key Expectations:

  1. Entertainment Strategy 

Act as the central bridge between external opportunities and the business needs of L'Oréal's diverse brands. You will understand each brand's unique identity and match them with ideal projects

 

  1. Idea & Creativity 

Contribute sparkling and concrete ideas to project implementation, e.g: 创意中插,综艺脚本,短剧

  1. Project Delivery: own the responsibility for the quality of final deliverable 

 

  1. Partnership management: Proactively secure high-value partnerships with key platforms for new opportunities and trend spotting 

 

Requirements:

  1. 8-10 years of experience in a relevant field, such as entertainment platform project commercial manager, media agency creative role or Marketing role at brands who have intensive experience in entertainment collaboration
  2. Passion and deep expertise in pop culture, platform trends, and the digital entertainment landscape in China

 

  1. A proven track record of identifying and executing successful, large-scale entertainment marketing projects

 

  1. Exceptional networking and communication skills; you are persuasive and can navigate complex stakeholder environments with ease.
