- Rolls-out global or customized training programs for each store and/or staff member, in cooperation with the retail business manager or retail director/Head of Retail and Area Manager, which can include 1:1, digital, POS training:
• Develops beauty adviser knowledge and competencies in one to one using coaching approaches • Supports new BAs in on boarding phase • Animates a community of BA to foster learning • Participates to learning material /tools design and adaptation • Impersonates and transmits the values of the brand and service attitude • Stays up to date with competition knowledge ( products, learning methods, services, innovations) • Masters POS system, system affinity and experience
- Contributes to sell out & retail efficiency
• Follows up ROI of learning actions vs sell out and build on going improvement • Monitors budgets. • Directly contributes to the POS selling activity during peak periods • Contributes to improve sell out, providing regular feedbacks to Retail management teams
