KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Build sales forecast by channel based on business strategy and plan. Ensure forecast accuracy
- Co-work with marketing and sales team on new launch items' forecast building block
- Be responsible for the catalog management and contribute to its rationalization
- Ensure the sales forecast consistency, through the building of a consensus between the commercial forecasts, the financial trend and the sales history. Supply/Stock
- Set reasonable stock policy to control stock level
- Issue weekly purchase order and follow the shipment/ clearance status
- Communicate with global upstream team on the future supply needs to avoid OOS, and bad stock
- Stock analysis report to monitor the stock quality
- Routine communication with logistic, warehouse and importation team on the supply part.
