Key Responsibilities 

1. High-impact paperwork & Strategic data management: - Prepare high-quality submission packages incl project presentation/P&L, etc for regional and global headquarters for executive approvals. - Maintain and regularly update critical business documents including the city map, project trackers, and commercial terms’ summary. - Monitor and organize industry data incl shopping mall floor plans, competitor performance and market shifts. 

2. Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination: - Serve as the central coordinator and communication bridge among internal functions (Store Design, Retail Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, etc) and landlords to ensure projects’ on-time delivery. - Take care of the full lifecycle of store openings and renewals, oversee P&L, traffic counting, license applications, insurance arrangements, and system setup to guarantee all milestones are on schedule. - Navigate internal approval processes, proactively solve blocking points between different departments. 

3. Operational Issue Resolution: - Act as the key person to resolve critical operational issues pre-opening and during daily operations (e.g., utility/power shortages, water leakage, store visibility blockages, etc). Cross-functionally coordinate with retail operation and store design to achieve optimized property resources. 

4. Lease Contract Negotiation & Management: - Coordinate the negotiation and internal review of various lease agreements for new openings/renewal/warehouse/etc., working together with legal and finance to ensure compliance and risk mitigation. 

5. Pipeline support: - Other work assigned by national BD manager to secure the brands’ annual store opening and renewal targets. 

Requirements 

- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in the retail or real estate industry. 

- Competency: Strong internal and external communication skills, with proven capability in multi-project management. 

- Language: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required to effectively collaborate with regional and global headquarters. 

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above from a full-time university.
