Responsibilities:
- Formulate and develop skincare product based on marketing brief and manager assignment
- Ensure product quality, safety and performance, in time reporting.
- Identify and detect potential risks in projects and alert in time, analyze and propose technical solutions
- Respect key milestones in development process and officialize formulas in a prompt and responsible manner by coordinating and validating different development phases with MARKETING/OPERATIO/RI Related partners
- MKT Cosmetic product technical evaluation and synthesize
- Participate in protection of L’Oréal intelligence property
- Ensure safety/Quality regulation within lab
Competence:
- 5+ years’ experience in cosmetic formulation, basic knowledge of major cosmetic raw material, formulation skills, skin biology and consumers.
- Master’s degree in related science: polymer, physical chemistry, chemistry, biochemistry, food industry, fine industry, etc.
- Good listening, writing, and speaking in English
- Clear communication and ability of quick adaptation
