What are we looking for?
-5-8 years experience in consumer marketing insight & research role (research agency or in-house cmi role)
-Hands on project management experience at different types of research projects including quantitative (e.g. concept/ product test, packaging test, price test, U&A, brand health tracking, etc.) and qualitative (FGD, IDI) – quantitative background is a MUST
-Excellent excel data analytic & PPT visualization skills
-Strong cross-functional stakeholder management to get alignment and drive implementation
-Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese
-Prefer experience in FMCG industry (esp. Beauty industry)
-Personality wise, down to earth, don't be too eager to show off; resilient and hardworking; Avoid job hopping; strong sense of punctuality; “Don't be a diva whom everyone has to pander to”
What will be your key responsibilities?
-Utilize data analytic and visualization skill to regularly update category trend of MAKEUP.
-Responsible for driving brand and category related research including not limited to concept/ product testing, concept optimization, product post launch, U&A, etc.
-Work closely together with local brand team, DMI/DMI hub, global DMI, global insight team to understand business questions, draw up research plan, budget management, etc.
