Purpose/Mission
As the SAP MMWM (Material Management and Warehouse Management) Business Analyst, you will be responsible for build activities, including identifying localization needs, conducting Fit-Gap analysis, and designing/adopting/implementing SAP solutions across supply chain domains—covering master data, demand/supply planning, inventory, and warehouse management for the NA & SAPMENA zones.
You will collaborate with business units, IT teams, and vendors to manage project delivery and support BRM in demand management, following the Build-to-Run (B2R) process.
This role requires deep knowledge of SAP MMWM in both SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems, and a strong understanding of enterprise architecture and integration.

Key Job Accountabilities
Support BRM in demand assessment and impact analysis on business and IT processes.
Participate in Design Authority (DA) governance with key stakeholders (BRM, Project Managers, etc.).
Handle project activities: planning, resource estimation, stakeholder alignment, communication, and hands-on tasks (design, configuration, training, testing, cutover, hypercare).
Execute end-to-end project work using PM4IT methodology, ensuring timely and budget-aligned delivery.
Manage D2E (Demands to Enhancements) and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Lead small to mid-size enhancements for SAP changes and integration projects (e.g., MDM, Manhattan/3PL WMS, OMS).
Adopt B2R process and manage knowledge transfer (KT) to the Run team.
Collaborate with build factory model to increase capacity and coordinate with business stakeholders.
Act as Level 4 Support to resolve incidents within defined SLAs when needed.
Work with vendors/partners to explore and utilize new SAP technologies and features.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT and business (Group, Zone, Country levels).
Foster positive, value-adding relationships with all stakeholders.
Technical & Professional Competencies
Technical Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP implementation, integration, and cross-functional services.
Strong functional and technical expertise in SAP MMWM.
Deep understanding of SAP integration with SD, FICO.
Knowledge of system integration in the supply chain domain: MDM, WMS, OMS, TMS, CRM, APO, SCM.
Experience with integration middleware and methods (e.g., HIP, API).
