 You’ll collaborate with business leaders and HRBPs to drive mass recruitment efforts and provide high-quality candidate sourcing solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with Corporate TA and Global TA teams to understand recruitment strategies and mission, translating and implementing them within the ecosystem. You’ll also lead initiatives to optimize recruitment processes, maintain TA systems, and deliver data-driven insights.

 

  • Mass Recruitment Management: Partner directly with hiring managers to understand business needs and ensure timely fulfillment of all positions and excellent candidate experience, including high-volume roles such as retail BAs and normal interns.
  • Sourcing and Screening Solutions: Provide innovative and effective solutions to support recruitment processes and ensure a strong talent pipeline. Ensure the accuracy of sourcer’s shortlists to minimize lead times, and guarantee timely responses to candidate applications to deliver a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage the RPO team, ensuring alignment with L’Oréal’s recruitment standards, timely delivery, and continuous improvement in their recruitment delivery.
  • TA System Maintenance and Optimization: Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of talent acquisition systems to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage TA data to generate insights, track recruitment metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal partners to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
