Following corporate business strategy and development, optimize Clinical education courses to formulate regional annual clinical education plan and internal training, Ensure integrated skincare concept/ clinical usage of SKC combined with EBD and the optimized clinical use/education, clinical feedback of the injectable products in loreal China. Develop faculties network for clinical education.根据公司业务战略及发展,结合区域市场及客户现状,优化医学教育相关课程,推动所负责区域的年度医学教育规划及内部团队培训,确保整全护肤的理念、临床实践及注射产品的临床规范化使用、教育和临床反馈收集,并为医学教育培训项目搭建和发展讲者库。
Responsibilities
工作职责
- Based on brand MKT and medical strategies, develop and drive medical education initiatives and activities for target institutions and dermatologists/injectors . Through sampling/clinical tests and collection of clinical feedback with doctors, facilitate product clinical cases and develop integrated skincare/aesthetics solutions for key clients. 根据品牌市场和医学策略,制定并推动所负责区域医疗机构与临床医生的医学教育工作/活动开展,通过产品试用邀请和临床使用反馈收集,与医生共创产品临床联合案例,推动整全护肤/整全美学的联合品项开发。
- Training injectors in hospitals through education journey, optimizes their injection skills and enhance clinic knowledge to ensure they are competent and confident to use the products and recommend on the clinics practice to drive the best result for patient experience, by hands-on training or clinical facilitation, and collect feedbacks from clinic therapy.通过教学活动和临床拜访,提升目标机构的注射医生的操作技巧和产品认知,通过更好的注射方式来帮助产品实现更好的效果和临床体验,加强注射医生的推荐和使用产品的信心,并收集临床使用反馈。
- The position ensures proper preparation for speakers in different activities, especially hands-on trainings and reginal HCP workshops, also provides clinical trainers trainings to internal education team, sales and marketing staff related. 帮助医生讲者准备/优化针对不同活动的讲课内容,培训内部同事,尤其是区域医学教育团队、销售和市场部。
