To act as an internal consultant and business partner with responsibility for investigating business needs and identifying options for improvement with Retail & Commercial IT applications. Be part of Retail & Commercial IT team, focus on in-store solutions and services to fulfil consumer experience innovation, help business growth, improve retail operation and excellence, leading to a successful implementation and support for all aspect of the organization.

• Establish and maintain strong, strategic partnerships and collaboration with internal CN, business partners, outside vendors and service suppliers.

• Seek and drive the best practise of retail & commercial solution with business brands together.
• Identify business requirements through key-users interviews, documents analysis, workshops, surveys and case studies.
• Specify and design solutions, customize applications, prepare functional tests, and endorse responsibility for validating developments before project roll-out.
• Analyze impact of proposed solution across the business: facilitate roll-out through training sessions, demonstrations, suitable documentation and user case studies.
• Ensure application and service runs smoothly and elevate the retail operation excellence process based on L’Oréal ITSM standard and look for a high level of user satisfaction to meet business/BA operation needs.

• Support procurement and contract process both on hardware and software with purchasing team.
• Keep eyes on market change and catchup technology trend for a fruitful innovation from customer-centric perspective.
