About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Integration Manager to help connect various business systems at L’Oréal. This role acts as a key link between business projects and our global integration platform, which processes millions of transactions each day across more than 400 systems.
Your mission: ensure that different platforms (e.g., e-commerce, finance, HR, logistics) can communicate seamlessly, enabling smooth business operations around the world.
This is a high-impact, priority role with a focus on delivering stable, scalable system integrations in a complex technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Coordination
Act as the main point of contact between business projects and the IT integration platform.
Work closely with business teams to understand their needs and turn them into clear technical requirements.
Manage technical tasks and documentation in tools like Azure DevOps for developers and testers.
Lead efforts to map data between systems accurately and ensure everything connects as intended.
Support integration testing and help troubleshoot any issues during implementation.
Technology Oversight
Oversee data integration across major platforms like Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, and internal L’Oréal systems (e.g., supply chain, HR, finance).
Have a solid understanding of key integration tools and technologies, such as:Tibco, Informatica, APIs, IBM MQ, Confluent (Kafka), Power Automate
Hands-on experience with at least one or two of these tools is required.
Help improve the performance and scalability of our integration systems.
Team & Vendor Collaboration
Work with project managers and technical leads to meet timelines and manage cross-team dependencies.
Coordinate with external vendors to deliver solutions effectively.
Guide and mentor external integration consultants to ensure high-quality delivery.
Maintain stable system operations where even small errors can have a big impact.
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years in IT system integration, with at least 3 years in a role combining technical and leadership responsibilities.
Proven experience in delivering complex integrations using APIs, data pipelines, message queues, or ETL tools.
Strong ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
Experience using Azure DevOps, Excel, and automation tools to manage and track work.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
Background in consulting firms
Experience managing global or remote technical teams.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture and IT governance.
